Stihl Weed Eater Carburetor Adjustment

My Stihl weed eater needs a carburetor adjustment. When I let off the throttle, it dies. What kind of adjustments do I need to make?

First check to see if there screen on muffler make sure its not plug with carbon build up,if so clean with wire brush ore place.
