I am here by to inquire if anyone here knows where, what I call small but substantial, equipment can be registered to protect ownership of same. Working with an elderly gentleman who put his equipment up for consignment and then was not paid and now being told he never had it. I was shocked that a small but valuable tractor was not able to be registered in the first place with some kind of owner establishment. Any suggestions or places to look for future protection?
