Combines Sunnybrook Rotor Performance

Every now and then I come by my notes when you were thinking some degree of steep pitch. Remember my hesitation when you were leaning toward full set with a couple extras. I love the looks of that setup and have several running perfectly with that setup. Steep pitch on thresher only also working well. Then the mildest case of extending 2nd and 3rd helical with steep pitch is also working well. Anything to try prevent second pass over concave helps to some extent. I don't fight rotor loss on any of them setups to any great extent. To be quite honest there has been low to no complaints but now we are to the stages where I'm going to be checking more. With the heavy use of rotor sweeps in our area I want to see how little loss we can get to. We are getting to the point of running a very great variety of crops with very very little changeing to machine. We are doing many crops that we just stunk at not so long ago. long enough, better go. Take care
