look through the Hyper Mods site. Rolf Hedt has a mod in there where he added a flywheel to his header drive and he swears by it - smoothed the head right out. Might be worth looking into if you are having a lot of vibration! Tom langan

We have found on 800 or 8000 flexhead,if using SCH sickle,we have had to switch drive sheave to smaller diameter one.We use 71358711 which is 6 57_64 diameter.Original diameter is 7 11_16. This will slow sickle down alittle and have alot less vibration.

Turbo Wouldn't a smaller diameter DRIVE pulley cause the sickle to run fasterIJ Have a safe harvest
