I had just bought a used 410 and was doing custom work for a neighbor. I had a lot to do, and was in too big of a hurry to get done. I accidently left the unloading auger out, and was driving down the driveway to go to another field. Along the way, the auger hit a fuel barrel, knocking it over into 2 other fuel barrels, knocking all 3 to the ground. One was a gasoline barrel. After I shut the combine off I just sat there a minute, stunned and thankful the gas barrel didn't explode. I called the fire department because I was afraid to move anything. It was one of the scariest things I have had happen to me. Now I put the auger in everytime after I unload, even if I am in the middle of the field!
