You've got plenty of space and everything the animals need, so what's on your dream list? I would start an ostrich farm personally. I like the birds and the market isn't crowded yet. How about you?

Thoroughbred horses. I have wanted to do that ever since I watched my first Kentucky Derby. I saw dollar signs.

It's a very competitive field though.

Emus and elk make my list. I think they're majestic creatures and I'd probably enjoy working with them. I've actually looked into it and there's not a viable market around here or I'd probably give it a shot.
