Ed- Just wondering about the "gross" number on your scale ticket-seems a little high for a unit with a light weight under 30K. Grain looks nice though. Just an observation. RW

Well, It would be 34,000 or so higher if I weighed the towing rig. As it is, I can only put a pile in three of the four hoppers on the trailers. Scale only goes to 118,000 and owing to the length of the trailers and the length of the scale, I can't split weigh. DOT boys might not appreciate full trailers either ;-( Click link below for a view of my haywire grain hauling operation. Ed in Montana

The Brandt was a X-mas present for my 1st wife. She bought me a real nice double string of pearls. She is kind enough to let me use her gift from time to time. It seems to be fairly fast and easy to use. I think it's OK. Yes the train was an Canadian import. Steel panels were very badly rusted, but the Doepker factory sold me new ones and we re-juvenated the set by replacing all the side panels, end panels, and slope sheets. Pictures of some of the project are on my website if you follow the links to "Pictures" and then to "Trailer Renewal" Ed in Montana

Don't know how they'll fasten into an oddly placed rotor system (sorry about that). likely behind and or in front of auger bed or shaker pan that collects material that makes it threw the cage. The paddles are simply bolted to round tubes and are knotched to aggresively pull any straw that might be there threw. The paddles intersect one another and do get close to touching each other if timed correctly. They do not squish any crop. like Calvin said they can split a few very very dry edible beans. When beans are that dry we simply unbolt paddles from front tube. It is very easy to remove paddles and you still maintain some of the benifit on side hill with one set of paddles still in place. We have a couple machines that do very large amounts of dry edible beans so we slowed them by about 25% and leave them that way for a great variety of crops. I've seen lots of tickets from elevator with zero splits, zero FM, zero dockage and sometimes with as little a 8% moisture. I'll be interested how fast they turn them if they do incorporate into the other rotors. Have a good one.

How far do you pull those trailers with the cat or do you hook up a road tractor to go long distances.

I'm very, very lucky to have a 110 car shuttle facility only 2.5 miles away, down a gravel, non state_non county gravel road. No reason to go any further. Ed in Montana

How fast do the roller turning, the setup that is on the C62 would work on the MF rotor I think. Is roller on the C62 runing the same speed as that of the R62IJ swtvid

That question I cant answer, havent been around one although a family over here bought a c-62 this summer and they said it was a hog, they never had a lick of problems with it. They did say that the belt was abit worn when they bought it and that agco says it is still being taken care of. I asked how it worked on slopes and they said, there was no comparison to the l3 they had previous. The C-62 had much better slope capacity
