lOl, makes the thought of kids sitting around smoking pot look almost good. Machinery doesn't get torn up like that here around my area...the anhydrous ammonia tanks get tapped off and on for making methamphetamines, but other than that, the local ruffians generally leave us farmers alone.

Justa thought; suppose those cowardly creeps are caught, I really wonder ifthey truly will be brought to justice. I hope so. However, I still get sick of the law_justice system that levies a higher fine or stiffer sentence for shooting an eagle or protected animal than destruction of a $250,000 combine!

wizard....no offense.....but an 860 is a far cry from 250,000 dollars. Closer to the 8,500 to 25,000 depending on all the particulars.

Not the 860 per se, more like the almost new Axial-Flows someone else mentioned having found BOTH destroyed upon returning to the field. Yet, to many, it is not as big a deal as someone shooting a whooper at Cheyenne Bottom.
