I have been saying the same thing about Agco for years, we have complained to them about our flex head, it doesn't cut low enough or feed well enough unless we modify the skid shoes, Agco knows about this and even paid for the modification but still haven't done anything yet, once again get off your butts and do something. I was talking to an Agco Service Rep and he is well aware of the problems but its higher up where the problem lies. Another thing i have complained about is a leak out of the side near the belt in the bin, it leaks small grain out, i was told they never heard anything like this but for us to "patch it somehow", no answer at all. We like the R62 and did trade for a new R65, i told the service rep this and told him if this bin leaks they are going to get the combine back, he agreed with me saying once you get it in the grain tank it should stay there until your ready to unload, hope this is a better machine all around. Who do you talk to about these problems that won't go on deaf earsIJ I would like to hear any replies and thoughts, thanks.
