OK I just got back from the dealer with the plastic hole cover kit, $99.00 Had started to put in bolts and it looked like it would catch a lot of trash so I changed my mind and went with the plugs.(no. 71371547-2). So now I will put some glue with the plugs hope they stay inIJ

Put 48 5_16 carrage head bolts in one of my machines just to try it yesterday. Put them in with nuts facing the back side of the holes so I could get a 1_2 wrench on them. Ran through about 50 acs of soys (12%) yesterday and grate was clear where the bolts were. Put some more in this morning and lot of work with sore fingers, ain't got time to remove seperator grate as here in central Ms. bean harvest is in full swing and the plastic plug kit seems to be the way to go for starters now. I'll get in some green stem soys next several daysand I'll know for sure if it helps
