I think there are bigger problems than us farmers artificially drying corn lol Im game for this Hey how about useing More ETHANOl!!!!!!! I still can't figure out why we aren't all useing E85. That sure would cut back on how much gas we use!!! But na...who wants to do that rightIJ

Ethanol is somewhat better but the real problem occurs during the burning process. Entire islands are disappearing in Alaska due to the permafrost melting. Hell even the pipeline is sinking.Coastal properties have eroded more in the past 10 years than in the 1000 years previous. We can chuckle at artificial drying and 300 HP SUV's but our children wont.

You must be a viewer of CNN and the three networks. The world is always going to hell in a handbasket and in joyous harmony at the same time. It's called life. Parts of Alaska have seen their average temperature rise by almost 7 degrees during the last 50 years, while stretches of Siberia are considering abandoning some outposts because of increased cold and snowfall. The news reported with great fanfare the breaking off of several icebergs in Antartica recently and their threats. You had to read the fine print to learn that Antartica's overall tonnage of ice has been increasing with some areas getting 13 to 24 additional feet of permanent snow since the first measurements. In a nutshell, the world is constantly changing and has been long before man made the combustion engine. Our best options are to conserve wisely, diversify our energy-(ethanol, biodiesel, biomass, etc),and live as free people far removed from authoritarians, socialists, and greens [which are just like watermelons with a thin green exterior and all red inside].

You are right about climate constantly cycling. What is troublesome is that 7 of the warmest years in the last hundred have all been in the last 10. Also the CO2 levels are the highest they've been in the last 420,000 years. Tell me there is not something big going on

They thought another ice age was coming to. We produce so little CO2 compared to natural production it doesnt even make 1 percent of the total.
