Why don't you take the dealer aside and ask himIJ Why was the machine re-built with so few hoursIJ Was the machine involved in a fireIJ Was the machine wrecked and then rebuiltIJ Have any major components (engine, transmission, hydro) been replaced with new or re-builtIJ Pay particular attention to how your questions are answered. Maybe not so important as what the answer is, but rather the body langauge of the guy answering and if he answers directly or beats around the bush. Finally; get the name of the previous owner and determine if the machine was a lemon for him. During this last step, bear in mind that some guys are unreasonable and very hard to please. Company may have taken the machine back to get the guy off their back. Might need to do some research with previous owner's neighbors and associates to see what kind of a guy he is.
