WE have a 91 R60 with P3 and this is how we finnally got a decent sample in canola. Rotor at about 600RPM, concave nearly wide open. Accelerator rolls must be in good condition. Top sieve nearly wide open with rear section of chaffer closed down some to direct more air to the front of the sieve. Bottom sieve about 3_8" open. With the small seed kit, insert the upper wind blocking screen IN the upper fan throat, but leave the screen OUT of the lower fan throat that supplies air to the sieves. This reduces the amount of air under the accelerator rolls to keep the canola seeds from being blown out, but maintains adequate air to the sieves so that MOG (Material Other than Grain) is airbourne and is being blown out rather than being walked out. If there is a mat of material being bounced out the back, then you will be bouncing seeds out also. When material is airbourne, there is less chance of seeds being thrown out. Maintain ground speed to keep the machine full. Driving too slow will result in higher losses out the back. Try this and see how it works. It's what works for our machine.
