We took it down yesterday and what a huge mess it was! So many pine needles were on the floor, I was surprised there was any left on the tree. I left all the snowmen out but put the ornaments and Santa decorations away.

So I had a list of small power tools to buy and I thought I did good. When my husband opened them he laughed! I bought the ones that didn't come with batteries! Why in carnation would they sell tools without the battery - especially if they are cordless power tools?

I agree with Roo. You don't have to put something expensive in there. You can even put homemade bread or dollar candy in there. It's just a nice gesture. It's not expected but it is welcomed.

Wow, that's a tough one. I would say that the child is old enough to stay away from the berries. Is the child allergic if he eats them or even if he touches them? That would probably help my decision.

I agree with Henderson on this one. You wouldn't have as much money invested if you started small. I don't know a lot of farmers that buy used equipment without knowing a lot about it. If you're just buying to flip, you wouldn't have the answers that most would be asking.

I love this idea and you could easily make a star too. I've got tons of buttons, popsicle sticks and paint. We even have glitter! I think we will be doing these this weekend. We are always looking for ornament ideas.

Nothing! I think growing your own vegetables is cheaper than buying. It's also more tasty and more nutritious. Of course, growing your own is a lot of work too. It's so worth it though.

I'm a fan of Muck boots too. You can get knockoff boots though that would probably be just as good. I hate spending a lot of money on name brand things when the kids outgrow them so quickly.

Wow Arc, that was kind of "real". Bigred, I wouldn't be quite so real with the kids. I mean it is a tough thing to learn especially if they are getting "close" to the cows.

Oh how fabulous that sounds! I can make a snowman but I am sure I would ruin many chunks of ice! I bet it was fun seeing them. Our little town does a village thing too.

I can see a shutdown happening again, and soon! We had another 51 new cases today in our county alone. I'm sure the numbers are just going to keep climbing with the holidays here. I think you need to make that decision, whenever you don't feel safe anymore.
