I'm still on the fence about getting the vaccine. I just don't know if I want to put something into my body that hasn't been out for a long time. I guess I just haven't talked myself into it yet. I'm glad that you were able to get it.
I don't agree @Trubadour. I believe that the police are now involved. A couple of the cases have been turned over to them. What he is doing is illegal. He is using his power (job) to sexually harass women (or so they claim).
Wait, what? You couldn't fix your own equipment before? I didn't know that. In what states was that? Why in the world would the Government care who fixes your equipment?
What does everyone do for Easter? Go to church, have family over, decorate eggs, what? We do all of that. We love having the whole family over and we can again this year.
We sell both ways here, by the animal or we get it butchered and sell the meat too. With Easter right around the corner we have been super busy with selling fresh hams. I notice the same around Christmas with ham or prime rib.
Is anyone paying attention to NY and Governor Cuomo? What the heck is going to happen? Why give false information to the federal authorities. I don't know what to believe anymore. I listened to him daily for months when he was giving his daily pandemic briefings.
@RichZ I swear we have had the same 10 birds each day. My daughter has named them. We have one really big woodpecker and two smaller ones. Two of them have red on their heads.
We have been picking out new feeders and can't wait to get them all out. We even bought socks for the finches.
@Thyme Flies By Do you start your beans outside that early?
I was thinking March would be a good time to start the inside seeds. That would give them a few months to get roots before I replant outside.
I am ready too. I had tickets last year to a couple of Yankees games. I hope the ticket prices aren't doubled this year due to loss of sales last year. I was just happy to see the players returning for spring training.
Ha ha... hair ties here too. I can never find sharp knives in my kitchen. I swear someone is stealing them! I complain about it and the next day they are in the dishwasher.
That's awesome for you and Rich! I love the idea of helping each other out. We aren't that fortunate. I should maybe check with our local farmstand and our local store. That would certainly help with the feed cost.
Anyone from the Northeast and started your seeds yet? How many do you actually start inside? We do start a few but most times we buy plants from the Amish family. I think we are going to start more seeds this year.
We are in the market for a new snow blower. We want it to basically do all the work, we just walk behind it. Our old one that just died we had to push and it was hard to push. Any suggestions?
Interesting! I saw a bison farm being advertised but I haven't been. I know very little about buffalo. I bet the meat is expensive because it's not in high supply here.
Yes! We love it. I'm patiently waiting for season 4 too. Man, Beth is one tough chick. At first I didn't care for her but her storyline made me like her by the end of season 3.
We are thinking about adding some solar panels on our house. Does anyone have any knowledge on this? Anyone know if there is a grant or any monies available to help "go green"?
We were under a winter storm warning. We got ice! I'm used to the snow and cold here. The kids love the snow, me not so much.
Texas is crazy right now.
Oh this sounds like a lot of hard work. Imagine what it will feel like once it's all up and growing! I hope you have help, especially if this is new and in addition to what you already have.
I think the others are right in that you should start off by checking the posts. Be sure there is enough of them and that they are in good condition.
I've seen some of that plastic type wire and it looks pretty durable.
Yes, we will be watching too. It's something we do every year. We will have a few friends come over to the house too.
I'm not a fan of either team. It should be a great game. I believe the oldest quarterback against a young spitfire.
