I had the same problem with my pumpkins this year. They got too big and pulled off the vines. They weren't ripe yet so we had some green pumpkins this year.

I couldn't agree more. Our neighbors are great friends and it all started with them needing a cup of sour cream for some recipe. We try to help our neighbors too but it's great when you can trade skills.

We would definitely only go to an adults-only resort. Having said that, most are 18 and older (with lots of college age kids). Cancun is on the list. A friend is in Aruba right now.

Rich, I've actually got her sitting in my lap. She won't met me pick her up though. She looks healthy enough. We have 3 house cats already, she will probably end up in there too.

Can your parents still cook? I have heard that Every Plate is a great service. It helps if you don't want to shop or can't. I think it's a great idea for elderly parents.
