That is a great question! What are your thoughts on this. I can see it being a problem for sure. More and more farmers are going under so who will be able to solve this problem.
Price was one thing but we looked at many things. Could it tow things, what about a winch package. We also wanted to make sure we could plow with it. I wanted a standard versus an automatic, that was a bit harder to find. We ended up buying 2 Honda Foreman wheelers.
I love Mac too! I also like Honey Crisp or Jonagold too. They are much sweeter. I of course use different apples for different things. I tend to bake with Macs the most.
What are your "go-to" spices? The ones that you would use in most any recipe. I'm always trying new recipes and spices so I am hoping that there are some I don't already use.
We don't have milk (dairy) cows. I had someone ask me about how much milk a cow produces daily. I really don't know. Do they produce daily? Does it depend on their age?
You wouldn't believe the new sheds, garages and other things I see people building around here. I think the whole stimulus check idea is right on. I mean, I'm glad the money went back into the economy.
What is a cold frame? I wouldn't plant any seeds right now, at least not here. We are getting pretty cold at night (temps in low 40s). People are getting pumpkins and winter squash still from the garden here.
The kids are carving pumpkins tonight. Does anyone do anything with the seeds? I know some people bake them and add some kind of seasoning. If you do this, please share your recipe.
That is a tough question. I'm not sure I would do either with no experience. What do you want to accomplish? If you're looking to get animals I wouldn't want to rent land and then move the animals once you bought.
That's what I was worried about, them breaking off the vine when we turned to ripen them. Are they kind of like growing watermelons? My kids can't wait to plant gourds!
It was a white, dairy based, base. I make gravy a lot and never have a problem with it being clumpy. It was gross to look at, like the base stuck to the potatoes.
Can you share your recipe/process for the Kitchenaid with dough hook. I just got one of these.
We make homemade pizza often. We try different things on them often. Sometimes we use tomato slices instead of sauce.
I'd love to know too. I tried using black plastic on the bottom before putting the sand down. I tried sprinkling cinnamon around the sandbox. Neither worked, the ants still came!
I would think you could get sick from any food. How old was the can of pumpkin? Did it smell or have an odd coloring? Perhaps something else got you sick.
I tried my hand at making homemade clam chowder today. It was a major fail! The taste was good but it was so clumpy and not really the right color. We ate it, pray we don't get sick. Any idea why it would be clumpy and not creamy?
Yes, a pressure washer has saved me hours and a backache! We have been using one for years. We do this a few times a year (thorough cleaning with pressure washer).
I love the idea of the home cooked meals for barter!
While you made me laugh with your Bernie joke, it was a serious question. The service is for my parents. They don't get out as often as they used to. I figured others have tried these services and was looking for input.
