ROTFlMAO!:) It's great fun to watch people spout off about a company being slow to introduce a machine or "not listen to the customer".:) But as soon as the company does introduce the machine in question, they all forget what they said and start mouthing off about the shortcomings of the very machine they were P Oed about not being on the market.

Is "brainwashing" the only reason you're loyal to CaseIJ :) MG (by the way, I'm "MostlyGreen", not "AllGreen")

For 30 years Deere has outsold Case IH with "Inferior" combines. Strange thing is this is a free country and people can buy whatever they want. The free market speaks volumes. I will give you that during late 70's and early 80's IH had a much better combine than Deere-my opinion anyway. But their dealer support and parts have been so incredibly incredibly behind Deere that now even those machines are a questionable purchase vs a Deere of the same era. So there is your answer as it relates to me. You may call them crap but I have a 30 year old Deere with over 5000 hours that has been down less than 5 hours in the last 100+. Not too bad in my book....and a lot better uptime than I have heard compared to many 8010 owners on the Case forum.

NO Weve just had excellent luck with all of our case stuff After i got tired of fighting with agco and there rogators i decided what the heck lets try a case sprayer and thats probably the best thing ive done ever a 4260 is a heck of alot better than any 1254 thats for sure that and we have a great dealer i mean if your happy with your JD and it works for you and your dealer is great then more power too you im not saying ohh you should do this but if your going to try another brand you should give them a good shot. have a good harvest

I have to agree with case farmer.. I did have an STS combine before I went to my red one.. No comparison.. The red one is far superior in my mind for what i do...

I was wondering when a 8010 shot would get taken we all have issues...and people running deere combines should know that ( i believe it was the crankshaft in every combine from one year to another year gets replaced) Plus they have done tons of updates a full year extra warrenty and ive talked to 8 local guys who love these combines now and all have said that theyve had less problems than they did with there 2388's So in that case we would go from 3-5 problems a year to 1-3 a year Im up for that
